Some things to remember

In the excitement of the day it’s easy to forget some of the vital things you need to do – the checklist below is not exhaustive but aimed to help you not forget anything major in the heat of the moment.

• Has the florist arrived?  Does she have the right number of bouquets?  Is the brides bouquet as she wanted it?  Have the table decorations arrived at the venue?  Are the button holes there for your party?
  
• Have you got a list of telephone numbers you might need?  Photographer, videographer, car, taxi, key relatives
  
• Have you got preparations for the weather?  Sun tan lotion?  Umbrellas?
  
• Have you got everything you need for the day?  Handbag with make up, comb, hairspray, tissues, confetti, plasters?  Overnight kit if you’re staying?  Change of outfit and spare pair of tights?  Camera?  A bag for the bride with her make up and tissues?
  
• Is there a back up car plan just incase?
  
• Have you got payment for all those needing payment on the day? Band? Disco? Beautician? Hairdresser?
